Support Sgt Peter Quinn’s Wife Amy in Her Battle Against Cancer

Amy Quinn

Sergeant Peter Quinn has dedicated 18 years to the LVMPD, serving the community with distinction. As a Traffic Sergeant for the past 7 years, a Motor Officer for 7 years prior, and with a history of service as a police officer at UNLV and as a Military Police officer in the United States Army, Sgt Quinn has shown unwavering commitment to protecting and serving.

Behind this dedicated officer stands his incredible wife, Amy. A full-time homemaker, Amy has lovingly raised their three boys, managed a pet-sitting business, and tirelessly volunteered at their children’s schools. Their two eldest sons serve in the Air Force, while their youngest is a student at UNR in Reno, NV. In addition to her family responsibilities, Amy provided full-time care for her elderly parents until her health no longer allowed it.

In October 2023, Amy was diagnosed with Stage IV Cervical Cancer. Despite undergoing radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy treatments, she continues to fight bravely against this aggressive disease. The next crucial step in her treatment journey involves clinical trials and additional radiation at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX.

As Amy and her family face this challenging battle, we have the opportunity to stand with them and provide much-needed support. Your donations will assist with medical expenses, travel costs, and the additional care Amy requires during her treatments.
