We are raising funds to support Leszek “Leo” Marosz, a dedicated member of our community and LVMPD Fusion Watch Specialist who has served and protected the public for over 16 years. Originally from Poland, Leo moved to the United States as a teenager and, despite a lifelong struggle with diabetes, has thrived in his career. His journey includes roles in customer service, security, and police records before becoming a key member of the Fusion Watch team.
On August 3, 2024, while at work, Leo suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. This life-altering event has left him facing significant mobility challenges, intense pain, and difficulty performing daily tasks. After an 11-day stay in the hospital and numerous tests, doctors determined that he had suffered a cerebral fluid leak. While Leo has begun the long road to recovery, treatment options are limited, and his future progress is uncertain.
Despite his condition, Leo continues to care for his 7-year-old son and elderly family members. The physical and emotional toll has been overwhelming, and the financial burden of medical bills from his hospital stay and ongoing treatment is significant. Leo’s strength, resilience, and positive attitude remain unwavering, but he needs our help.
We are asking for your generous support to assist Leo and his family during this challenging time. Your donations will help with medical expenses and rehabilitation costs and allow Leo to focus on healing without the added stress of financial strain.
Please join us in supporting Leo’s recovery. Together, we can make a difference in the life of someone who has dedicated his career to keeping our community safe.
